These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RUG OR RICHES ("the Game", "we", "us"), a free-to-play press-your-luck tapping game available as a Telegram Mini App and website. By opening, playing, or interacting with the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
To play the Game, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and old enough to make optional purchases under applicable law. You may not play where prohibited by law or Telegram's terms.
IMPORTANT: You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for, participate in, or claim any potential future token distributions, allocations, or promotional rewards. Any eligibility is subject to jurisdictional limits, anti-cheat audits, and technical restrictions.
2. Your Account & Safety
The Game uses your Telegram login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Only one account per person is allowed; multi-accounting, referral exploitation, or Sybil tactics will result in immediate disqualification.
⚠️ SECURITY WARNING: We will never ask for your crypto wallet seed phrase, private keys, or recovery words. Never share this information with anyone. Be alert to fake social channels, bots, or sites impersonating RUG OR RICHES.
3. Nature of In-Game Points
- In-game $MOON, Season Points, and Airdrop Points are strictly virtual, off-chain engagement tracking points. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, and confer no equity, yield, or ownership rights.
- Any potential future token launch or distribution is purely proposed, hypothetical, conditional, and subject to final technical, legal, and compliance review. No token distribution is guaranteed to happen, and terms may change at any time.
4. Promotional Rewards & Mechanics
The Game may feature daily spins, lucky draws, mystery boxes, or simulated randomized reward mechanics. These are provided solely as gameplay entertainment. Purchases of Telegram Stars or VIP perks are optional and do not guarantee prizes, token eligibility, token allocation, odds, or monetary value. No purchase is required to participate in promotional games or earn tracking points.
5. Purchases & Telegram Stars
- Optional in-game boosts, cosmetics, and VIP status may be purchased using Telegram Stars. Payments are processed externally by Telegram under their own Terms of Service; we do not store your credit card or financial credentials.
- All purchases are for virtual, in-game utility/convenience only, have no monetary value, and are final and non-refundable except as required by Telegram's policy or local consumer protection laws.
- For Telegram Stars purchases, support may require your Telegram user ID, purchase date, item purchased, and Telegram payment charge ID where available. These records are used only for support, refund handling, fraud prevention, and purchase reconciliation.
- Payment support: For Telegram Stars purchase issues, use the official bot support flow or community support channel. The team should support Telegram’s
/paysupportflow for Stars-related payment issues. Refunds and support requests may require Telegram payment charge details.
6. Acceptable Use & Anti-Cheat
You agree not to:
- Use bots, macro-recorders, click-assistants, automated scripts, or client-side memory editors to simulate gameplay.
- Exploit bugs, duplicate items, or tamper with the server-authoritative state.
- Create multiple accounts to farm referral rewards or climb leaderboard ranks.
- Disclose rewarded sharing/referrals without clearly notifying others that you receive in-game rewards for doing so.
Any violation of these anti-cheat and usage policies will result in immediate account suspension, resetting of all in-game balances, and total forfeiture of any proposed future token distribution eligibility.
7. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its name, mascot, art assets, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to play the Game for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute game assets without written permission.
8. Third-Party Platforms
The Game operates inside the Telegram Mini App framework and relies on third-party servers. We are not liable for outages, disruptions, or policy changes implemented by Telegram or host providers.
9. Disclaimers
RUG OR RICHES is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or bug-free operations. This is a beta-stage entertainment product, and in-game parameters may be dynamically tuned for balance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, virtual items, or perceived value. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (if any) in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any legal dispute will be settled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except as dictated otherwise by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
